In large skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Quarter onion, carrots, and potatoes. Cut green pepper in strips. Place vegetables on top of pork chops. Mix together ketchup, water and lemon juice. Pour over vegetables and meat. Cover and cook over low heat 45 to 50 minutes until meat is done.
