Place chicken in gallon freezer bag without sealing. Pound chicken breasts until 1/4 inch thick. Brush with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle with onion salt, pepper and parsley. Place slices of ham on each breast and roll up. Secure with toothpicks. Coat with flour, dip in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet. Add chicken and brown for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and place seam side down in 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Whisk together 2 tablespoons flour, salt and half and half. Pour in skillet chicken was cooked in and cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in mushrooms. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
