Preheat oven to 325°. Generously grease and dust with cocoa powder six mini loaf pans and three 6 x 3 x 2-inch foil loaf pans.
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt set aside.
In a large mixer bowl at medium speed, beat sugar, oil, and eggs until blended. Add bananas and beat until well blended. At low speed, beat in flour mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Fill six mini loaf pans two-thirds full and foil pans half full. Place on baking sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely. Wrap in plastic wrap, then foil.
