Heat oven to 375° F. Combine 4 cups flour, oats, baking powder, sugar and salt add half-and-half or milk and oil. Mix well. On a well-floured pastry cloth or board, roll 1 rounded tablespoon dough very thin to luncheon plate size. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Repeat procedure, placing two per baking sheet. They may overlap. Bake for 3 minutes, turn over do not overlap. Bake 2 to 4 minutes longer until crisp and golden brown. Remove and cool on racks. Repeat procedure until all dough is used. Store in a tightly-covered container.
