Heat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 -inch loaf pans set aside. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt set aside. In a large mixer bowl, beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually, beating until fluffy. Add buttermilk and molasses mix well. Blend dry ingredients into sugar mixture. Add oats, raisins and nuts stir just to combine. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 1 hour or until tests done. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks. Store one day before slicing.
