1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat cream cheese, sour cream and deviled ham until well blended.
3. By hand, stir in green chilies and onion. Spoon into a 3-cup baking dish. Sprinkle with pecans.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed and edges are bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
