1. Mince cooked spinach and drain well. In large bowl, mix all ingredients cover and chill thoroughly. Drop by level teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet covered with wax paper. Freeze. (Defrosting is not recommended before baking.) Place individual mounds on greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350° F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.
Note: Package frozen spinach mounds for freezer storage by removing from wax paper to plastic bags.
