1. Place nuts in a food processor bowl cover and process until finely ground.
2. Add beans, reserved liquid, lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and process until mixture is uniform and well blended. Taste for additional seasoning.
3. Cover and chill or serve immediately. Sprinkle with parsley.
