1. Heat oven to 450'F. Prepare pie crust for one-crust baked shell using 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 450'F. for 9 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled.
2. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel beat until smooth and well blended. Spread evenly in cooled baked shell.
3. Arrange strawberries over cream cheese mixture press lightly. Spoon pie filling over strawberries. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. If desired, garnish with whipped cream. Store in refrigerator.
