1. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. With sharp knife, cut dough crosswise in half. Cover half of dough with plastic wrap return to refrigerator.
2. Heat oven to 375°F. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon mix well. On lightly floured surface, roll half of dough into 14 3 10-inch rectangle. Sprinkle with half of sugar-cinnamon mixture press lightly into dough. Starting from 2 shortest sides, roll sides to meet in center. With sharp knife, cut into about 3/8-inch slices. Place 2 inches apart on paper-lined cookie sheets.
3. Bake at 375°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from paper cool on wire rack. Repeat with remaining half of dough and sugar-cinnamon mixture.
