1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt® pan. In medium bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt mix well.
2. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs beat well. Add flour mixture blend well. Fold in apples. Spoon batter into greased and floured pan.
3. Bake at 350°F. for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan 10 minutes. Invert cake onto serving plate. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled.
4. In small saucepan, combine all glaze ingredients mix well. Bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cool 5 to 10 minutes or until of desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle glaze over cooled cake.
High Altitude (above 3500 feet): Decrease brown sugar in cake to 1 3/4 cups. Bake at 375°F. for 35 to 45 minutes.
