1. Drain cherries, reserving liquid. In chafing dish or skillet, combine cornstarch and liquid from cherries blend well. Add cherries heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring occasionally.
2. Heat brandy in small saucepan pour over cherries. Carefully ignite. Serve over frozen yogurt or ice cream.
