1. In medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat stir in vanilla.
2. In large bowl, beat egg product until foamy gradually beat in sugar. With wire whisk, gradually add chocolate mixture, blending well.
3. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. If desired, serve with additional whipped cream.
