This is another adaptation of what is normally a highly caloric recipe.
1. Grind cranberries in food processor until fine. Cut thin strips of peel off the orange. Chop orange pulp and add peel and pulp to processor and chop again. Set aside.
2. Combine gelatins with boiling water. Add remaining ingredients and cranberry mixture. Mix well. Chill until set in large mold or 9- by 13-inch pan.
