I had this at my friend Bette Mazur's house. I took out the butter and sugar, and it's still great.
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Slice potatoes. Toss bananas with ¼ cup orange juice.
3. In 2-quart baking dish, layer half the potatoes, then 2/3 of the sliced bananas. Mix the sweetener, cinnamon, and nutmeg and sprinkle half over the potatoes and bananas. Pour in any juice left over from tossing the bananas. Layer remaining potatoes end with remaining bananas in the center. Pour remaining orange juice over and sprinkle with sweetener mixture.
4. Bake for 45 minutes, until bubbly.
