Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

4 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon dill weed, dried
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1 tablespoon sesame oil, dark
1/2 cup rice vinegar

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a bowl. Mix lightly and refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
