1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Combine first 6 ingredients in blender or food processor. Whirl just until smooth. Place fish in baking dish spread sauce evenly over fillets.
3. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Fish should separate easily when a fork is inserted in the middle.
