1. Prepare MORNINGSTAR FARMS Veggie Breakfast Bacon Strips per package instructions. Break into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
2. Thaw MORNINGSTAR FARMS SCRAMBLERS per package instructions.
3. In a large bowl, combine muffin mix and ranch dressing mix. Stir in MORNINGSTAR FARMS SCRAMBLERS, margarine and sour cream, until moistened. Add cream-style corn and Mexi-corn.
4. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle cheese and breakfast strip pieces evenly over top.
5. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
