1. In medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, salt and pepper. Toss with corn. Add egg, milk and margarine, stirring until combined. Pour into shallow 1-quart round casserole coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal.
2. Bake at 325°F about 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
