1. Melt margarine in large saucepan. Stir in water. Remove from heat. Add celery, onion, parsley flakes, poultry seasoning, soup and egg, stirring until well blended. Add KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal and KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix. Toss lightly until cereal and stuffing mix are evenly moistened. Spread evenly in 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan or dish coated with cooking spray.
2. Bake at 375°F about 30 minutes or until set. Cut into squares to serve.
