1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring frequently, until onion is soft but not browned. Stir in tomatoes, sugar, and salt, cutting tomatoes into quarters with spoon. Cook about 10 minutes longer or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
2. Serve hot in individual vegetable dishes. Sprinkle KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix over top.
