1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 9-inch square pan. In large bowl, combine all coffee cake ingredients stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spread batter in greased pan.
2. Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
3. Generously pierce hot cake with fork. Brush or drizzle 1/4 cup melted margarine over hot cake. In small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon mix well. Sprinkle over hot cake. Serve warm.
High Altitude (above 3500 feet): Increase flour to 1 3/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons. Bake as directed above.
