1. In medium bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, onion, garlic salt and pepper mix well. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
2. Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot. Add meatballs cook until browned.
3. In small bowl, dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add bouillon mixture and all remaining ingredients to meatballs stir gently. Cover bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
