1. Generously grease 13x9-inch pan. Press dough in greased pan. Arrange apple slices in rows on top of dough.
2. In small bowl, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon mix well. With pastry blender or fork, cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and cloth towel. Let rise in warm place (80 to 85°F.) until light and doubled in size, 40 to 45 minutes.
3. Heat oven to 375°F. Uncover dough. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until edges are golden brown and apples are tender.
4. In small bowl, blend powdered sugar and enough milk for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle over warm coffee cake. Serve warm.
