1. Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate meat for at least three hours or preferably overnight. Remove and drain. Reserve marinade.
2. BBQ or cook beef according to manufacturer's instructions. Otherwise roast for 1 hour at 420° F for medium rare or cook a little longer if you like your meat well done.
3. Reheat marinade and add wine and molasses. Reduce to thick sauce.
4. Arrange slices of beef on bed of green beans and pour sauce over them. Garnish with parsley leaves.
