1. Brush tenderloin with oil. Spread Dijon Mustard over entire surface of tenderloin. Sprinkle tenderloin with peppercorns.
2. Place tenderloin in roasting pan. Roast in a preheated 375° F oven for one hour. Let cool at least 10 minutes before slicing.
