1. Dissolve NotStarch in 1 Tbsp soy sauce. Add beef and toss to coat.
2. In bowl, combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pineapple extract and splenda.
3. In frying pan, heat 2 T water and saute peppers, broccoli, peas and garlic 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove from skillet.
4. Heat oil in skillet and add beef, 1/2 at a time, and stir fry 2-3 minutes until outside is no longer pink. Return veggies and all beef to skillet and add sauce mixture (#2). Cook for a minute or two until all is heated.
