1. In a 5-quart Dutch oven, place rabbit, beef and pork. Cover with water add salt, pepper and red pepper. Over medium heat, bring to a boil reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 2 hours or until all meat is tender. Remove meat from broth. Cut meat from bones and cube set meat aside. Cool broth and skim fat from surface. Return meat to soup.
2. Add corn, tomatoes, potatoes, green pepper, carrots, onion, okra and lima beans. Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 to 2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
* A frying chicken can be substituted for the rabbit.
