1. Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.
2. Gradually add milk, cooking and stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly and slightly thickened, about 7 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Add cheese, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce stir until cheese is melted.
