1. In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp, stirring occasionally. With slotted spoon, remove bacon from skillet drain on paper towels. Set aside.
2. Dissolve bouillon in water. Add bouillon, sugar and pepper to bacon drippings mix well. Add wax beans and onion mix well. Cover cook 4 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender.
3. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in vinegar. Spoon into serving dish. Sprinkle with bacon and almonds.
