1. Heat oven to 425°F. Spray large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Place potatoes and oil in plastic bag shake until well coated. Arrange in single layer on sprayed cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 425°F. for 15 minutes. Carefully turn potatoes sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until tender. If desired, broil 1 to 2 minutes for additional browning.
