1. Combine eggs, onions and tomatoes.
2. With melon-baller, carefully scoop out avocado halves leaving firm shells. to the avocado balls, add the remaining ingredients, except lettuce and bacon. Add egg mixture, folding carefully so as to keep avocado from breaking up. Spoon into avocado shells. Serve on lettuce bed. Sprinkle top of each boat with crumbled bacon.
