1. Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Add vinegar, lemon juice, boiling water, splenda, and salt. Cool. When mixture is the consistency of egg white, add cabbage, celery, pimientos or pepper, and radishes. Turn into a 5-cup ring mold rinsed in cold water. Chill overnight. Unmold on a bed of lettuce leaves. Prepare the following mayonnaise dressing.
Mayonnaise Dressing:
*Blend mayonnaise and heavy cream until smooth. Serve over salad.
Note: A delicious accompaniment to cold sliced chicken or veal.
