1. Preheat oven to 450°. Lightly grease six individual baking dishes. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, green onions, capers, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.
2. Blend in chicken, celery, water chestnuts and 1 cup of the croutons. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in Swiss cheese. Spoon mixture into baking dishes. Sprinkle tops with remaining croutons and garnish with pimiento.
3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until just heated through. Garnish with oranges and parsley and serve immediately.
Note: Mixture can be baked in a 10-inch pie plate if desired. Increase baking time slightly.
