1. Steam the asparagus on rack in shallow pan over a small amount of boiling water, 6-8 minutes.
2. Meanwhile sauté green pepper, red pepper and mushrooms in oil until tender. Mix sautéed vegetables, steamed asparagus, seasonings and cheeses. Serve immediately.
