1. Thoroughly combine beef, celery, onion, pickles, mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, and salt chill. Serve on lettuce leaves garnished with green onions and radishes or cucumber. For a large crowd, make 2 or 3 times the recipe and serve in a shallow bowl.
