1. Toss cucumbers with salt and place in colander for 1 hour. Rinse well and drain. Combine yogurt, onion, sugar, Tabasco®, and dill in small bowl. Pat cucumbers dry with paper towels and toss with dressing. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato wedges.
