1. In a large bowl, combine gelatin, oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight until gelatin is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Remove from refrigerator and stir until well blended fold in whipped cream.
2. Spoon mixture into 12 foil or paper-lined muffin pan cups. Cover and freeze until firm. To serve, peel off foil or paper and serve on lettuce.
