1. In a small bowl combine sesame seeds and cheese set aside.
2. In a small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, green pepper, onion, splenda, vinegar, salt and garlic powder.
3. Tear spinach and lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl. To serve, toss with dressing and 1/2 cup sesame seed mixture. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed mixture.
