* Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid shake vigorously and refrigerate until ready to use.

*Sprinkle apple slices with lemon juice to keep from darkening. Wash and tear greens into bite-size pieces and dry. Add celery and green onion chill. Just before serving, add apples and mandarin oranges to greens add dressing and toss.
