1. Combine eggs, tomatoes and green onions. With melon-baller, carefully scoop out avocado halves leaving firm shells. To the avocado balls add mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt and hot pepper sauce. Add egg mixture, folding carefully so as to keep avocado from breaking. Spoon into avocado shells.
2. Serve on lettuce. Sprinkle top of each serving with bacon.
