2 chicken fryers cut in small pieces
1 medium size plastic bag
2 cups Original Bisquick®
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup granulated garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
Mix all dry ingredients in plastic bag. Cut chicken in desired size pieces, wash well. Place wet chicken in bisquick mixture in bag shake well, keep turning chicken until all mixture is absorbed.
Place in Refrigerator until time to fry. Deep fry at 350° until golden brown, place on paper towels for several min. Now place all pieces on jellyroll pan, bake on 350° for 20 mins.
