2 roasted red bell peppers, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
1 medium clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup oil
Salt
Pepper
Hot sauce to taste
Place roasted pepper, parsley garlic and lemon juice in a food processor or blender.
Blend thoroughly. Slowly drizzle in the Crisco Oil and mix until well blended. Generously season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add hot sauce to taste if desired. Mix well.
