1. Slice eggs in half, lengthwise, and remove yolks. Press yolks through a fine sieve into a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of crumbs, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper. Blend well.
2. Refill centers of egg whites with the yolk and Cheez-It mixture. Press two filled halves together. Dip one end of stuffed eggs in remaining mayonnaise, then into remaining Cheez-It crumbs.
