1. In large bowl stir together spinach, MORNINGSTAR FARMS Sausage Style Recipe Crumbles, eggs, cream cheese, feta cheese, onions, Parmesan cheese, jalapeno pepper and dillweed. Set aside.
2. Place one sheet of filo dough on large cutting board. (Keep remaining filo sheets covered with plastic wrap until needed.) Crosswise cut sheet in half, forming two 14 x 9-inch rectangles. Lightly brush one piece with some of the butter. Top with second half sheet. Lengthwise cut the two layered filo sheets into 4 strips, each 14 inches long.*
3. Spoon about 2 teaspoons of the cheese mixture about 1 inch from an end of each dough strip. Fold each strip into a triangular bundle by bringing a corner over the filling, so the short edge lines up with the long edge. Continue folding the triangular shape along the strip until the end is reached. Repeat with remaining filo, butter and cheese mixture.
4. Arrange on baking sheets. Brush tops with remaining butter. Bake at 350° F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
*NOTE: Step 2 of the instructions are written for large sheets of filo dough (about 18 x 14 inches). If you have smaller sheets of filo dough (about 14 x 8 1/2 inches), follow these directions. Place one sheet of filo dough on large cutting board. (Keep remaining filo sheets covered with plastic wrap until needed.) Lightly brush with some of the butter. Top with second sheet of filo. Lengthwise cut the two layered filo sheets into 4 strips, each 14 inches long. Continue as directed above.
