1. Cook MORNINGSTAR FARMS Veggie Bacon Strips according to package directions. Cool and crumble. Set aside.
2. Meanwhile, in medium skillet cook and stir leeks and onion in butter over medium heat about 6 minutes or until very soft. Remove from heat.
3. Arrange phyllo shells on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 3 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, in small bowl beat together egg, cream, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
5. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon leek mixture into each shell. Spoon about 1 teaspoon egg mixture over leek mixture in each shell. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes more or until set. Sprinkle bacon strips on top of tarts. Serve warm.
