1. In medium mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix and 1 cup of the tomato sauce. Let stand until stuffing mix is soft. Beat well. Add beef, egg, soy sauce and water chestnuts. Mix thoroughly. Using level tablespoon, portion and shape into balls. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Combine remaining tomato sauce with water. Pour over meatballs.
2. Bake at 350°F about 40 minutes. Serve hot with rice or noodles, if desired.
