1. In resealable plastic bag combine MORNINGSTAR FARMS MEAL STARTERS CHIK'N STRIPS, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, oil and cumin. Seal bag. Shake to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in small saucepan cook and stir broth and peanut butter over low heat just until combined. Remove from heat. Whisk in remaining vinegar, soy sauce and red pepper.
3. Thread Chik'n Strips on 8 short skewers. Place on lightly greased rack of broiler pan. Broil 3-to-4 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through, turning once. Serve with peanut sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
NOTE: You may replace the chicken broth with vegetable broth.
