1. In 3-quart saucepan, melt margarine. Remove from heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Add KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix, peanuts and pretzels, tossing gently until well coated. Spread evenly in 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
2. Bake at 300°F about 15 minutes or until crisped and lightly browned. Stir occasionally. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
1. Measure KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix, peanuts and pretzels into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Set aside.
2. In glass measuring cup, microwave margarine at HIGH until melted. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Pour over pretzel mixture, tossing gently until well coated.
3. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes. Stir and microwave on HIGH 3 minutes longer. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
