1. In large zipper type bag, combine KELLOGG'S Corn Flakes Crumbs, taco seasoning mix and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
2. Break toasted waffles apart. Spray each side with cooking spray. Place waffles in bag with taco seasoning mixture. Gently shake to coat each waffle.
3. Bake at 375° F for 10 minutes or until waffles are crisp. Serve warm with salsa and low-fat sour cream, if desired.
